Is there a private room? Can I make a reservation?

Yes, there is. Reservations are required.
* Currently, we are accepting 6 to 8 people from the viewpoint of preventing the spread of new coronavirus infection. Please contact us for details.

I will use it at the celebration seat, but can we arrange flowers and cakes etc?

Yes we do. We offer whole cakes (¥ 1,650 ~) with a diameter of 12 cm for orders up to 3 days before business.
Please let us know as we will write your favorite message on the plate.
Bouquets are available from ¥ 3,300. Please tell us your favorite color.

Do they have a dress code?

Please refrain from using beach sandals and men's tank tops.

Is it a table seat?

Yes, we are preparing at all table seats.

Can I reserve a seat?

Specification of the seat is accepted as hope, but we have not made a promise.

Can you even bring with children?

Yes, children are welcome if it is not bar. We have baby chairs and children's menus available. Please inquire details.

Would you like to put it in the wheel chair, the stroller?

The hotel is barrier-free so you can enter the shop as it is. Multipurpose hand wash and diaper change sheets are also available that you can enter with wheel chair and stroller.

Can I pay by credit card?

Yes, American Express, Diners Club, VISA, Master, JCB etc are available.

Is there a parking lot?

Parking lot preparation is not available. There are about 10 coin parking in the vicinity, and we have stopped by you at your expense.

Can you eat?

Light snacks and bar food are also available at the cafe and bar.

Is there a regular holiday?

Are all seats smokers?

All seats are non-smoking seats. Smoking on the terrace seats is possible.

Can I observe on a day without a bridal fair?

Although there is a possibility that there are few places where you can see in the balance of the use situation of the venue, I will guide you using images and photos etc. Moreover, since we are available to consult on weekdays please do not hesitate to contact us.

How many visits should we have at a meeting until the reception day?

Depending on the customer, basically you will come four times. Those who have time limit may come 2-3 times and we may also make arrangements by telephone or e-mail. Also, please be assured that full-time staff will respond to your request and circumstances, such as peace of mind if you come a lot.

Can I make a wedding ceremony with only a small number of people?

We can receive wedding ceremonies and weddings for 6 people. For details, please contact the bridal staff.

Can I borrow the attendant's costumes?

We have a variety of costumes, including tomesode and morning wear, available at our affiliated costume shop, THE TREAT DRESSING.

Are there changing rooms available for participants?

We are preparing dedicated changing rooms for men and women, so please be relieved.

At a partner hotel, we will introduce you at a special price. Please contact your planner.

I attend small children together, but are there children's menus etc.?

We offer children's course for children of elementary school lower grades to children for elementary school higher grades.
We also have a baby chair. Please contact us in advance as the number is limited.

Can anyone with allergies ask a corresponding menu?

Yes, I will inquire in detail about details and allergy beforehand and I will make a menu of allergy correspondence.

Is it possible to send luggage in advance or send a courier from the ceremony hall?

Yes. It is possible. Delivery of luggage is received by Takkyubin (charge). Please tell the cloak counter.

Is there a wheelchair?

There are limited numbers of vehicles, but we are doing wheelchair rental. In case of needing, please tell the planner in advance.

Is there a parking lot?

There is no provision of affiliated parking lot. We are using your coin parking at your expense. We are preparing parking map, so please tell us if you wish to contact your planner.

Can you call artist, maiko?

Yes, we will arrange it. If you wish, please tell us when making your reservation.

Can children eat too?

As we accept private room use, please do not hesitate to come with children. Food and chairs for children are also available.

Is there a parking lot?

There is no private parking lot so please use public transportation or use the surrounding parking lot.

Is there a souvenir?

We offer baked confectionery made by Ryotei Kawamori, Tsukudani sake and sake etc. Others Because it is possible to guide according to budget and hope, please consult with the party planner.

I would like to take a small child and use it?

Children are welcome as well. Baby chairs and children's menu are available. In addition, we have a diaper change seat in the restroom where you can enter with children as it is a stroller, and the inside of the hall is barrier free.

We can not arrange nursery facilities / babysitters.

Can you dress and make up?

We are accepting dressing · makeup · hair set. Please make a reservation in advance so please tell us in advance.

We are dedicated to the dressing of the front row of the wedding ceremony and hair set support. You can use it in the dressing room of our annex building. We accept at reservation system one month in advance. Please make a reservation in advance.

Is there a gift certificate, restaurant gift certificate?

We have prepared a meal ticket that you can use at the restaurant.

How do I get to the nearby attractions?

It is about 15 minutes on foot to Nagoya Castle and about 5 minutes by car. Head north of Honcho street on the east side of the hotel and west town to the west. When you turn north to the first intersection "Nagoya castle front" you will arrive at the main gate of Nagoya Castle.

Is there a parking lot?

There is no special parking lot available. There are about 10 coins parking in the surroundings, so we are using it at your expense.
