About infectious disease measures

Initiatives in public spaces

・ Installation of disinfectant (alcohol) We have installed disinfectants at the entrance, banquet entrance, restroom, waiting room, and bridal salon to create an environment where customers can easily disinfect their hands and fingers.

・Implementation of disinfection in the building We regularly disinfect areas that are frequently touched by customers, such as doorknobs, doors, elevator buttons, and restroom doors.

・ Ventilation in banquets and chapels We strive to replace the air in the venue by ventilating before and after the reception and banquet.

Approach to employees

・ All employees carry out temperature measurement when they go to work to thoroughly check their physical condition (whether vomiting, diarrhea, fever).

・Employees who are unwell or who may be infected with coronavirus are prohibited from coming to work.
(If the employee's family has suspicious symptoms, we will do the same.)

About Food

Can anyone with allergies ask a corresponding menu?

Yes. We will inform you in advance about allergies and will inform you of special courses that corresponded to allergy.

To children with children

Is there space available for lactation or diaper replacement?

A nursing room and diaper changing sheet are available. Please contact the staff if you wish.

Small children will also attend, but do you have menus for children?

There are two types of children's menus, a children's one plate lunch and a children's mini course. Please contact the staff for details.

About facilities and services

Are there changing rooms available for participants?

We have men's and women's changing rooms. It is available all day, so feel free to use it.

Is it possible to send luggage to the venue in advance or send a courier from the venue?

Yes. We accept courier services (charged). For delivery from the venue, please contact the front desk on the 1st floor.

Is there a wheelchair?

Wheelchair rental is available, although the number is limited. We have arranged for both the chapel and the reception hall to be in attendance.

Is there a cloakroom?

Cloakrooms are available in the changing room and the main building. We will keep items other than valuables, so please use them.

About the shuttle bus and parking lot

Is there a parking lot?

Since the reception is a place where alcohol is served, we basically ask you to use public transportation, and we do not have a dedicated parking lot. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience when using the parking lot, but we ask that you use a nearby coin parking lot at your own expense. We also have a map of coin parking, so please let us know in advance if you wish.

Is it possible to arrange a bus?

We are introducing a partner bus company.

Information on dressing

We are helping to dress everyone in the wedding ceremony. You can use the dressing room in the annex of the venue. We accept reservations oneMon. in advance, so please make a reservation in advance before using.

Is there a welcome drink etc?

Welcome drink offers 8 soft drinks.

Can I smoke in the venue?

Unfortunately there is no smoking in the hotel. We will show you the designated smoking space.

I was asked to accept a reception, but do I have to go early?

We have come before the reception start time. I will tell the concrete time to the groom / bride.
