We will be holding a pop-up with Hibiya Kadan at Japanese restaurant Kawabun.
You can create a bouquet together with Hibiya Kadan's florists on the stone stage of Kawabun restaurant while discussing color options and other details.
We will help you have a wonderful time choosing flowers with your mother.
Why not try making a memorable bouquet that can only be made on that occasion?
If you wish, we can also send you a letter along with the bouquet, so please let us know when making your reservation.

You can also participate without making a reservation, so please feel free to drop by.

For those who are only participating in the event...Please wait in a separate room until the work is completed.
For those eating at a restaurant: Handing over at the time of dessert.

◼注意事項：
①The venue is “Ryotei Kawabun”. On the day of the reservation, please let us know that you are making a reservation under the Mother's Day plan.

②Payment must be made at the time of reception. (Cash only)

③If you would like to have a meal, please make a reservation at the meal time.
Please come to the ryotei Kawabun at least 1 to 30 minutes before your meal as it will take about 30 minutes for the bouquet hearing.
You may arrive at the Mother's Day plan venue early, but if you have more than 40 minutes until your meal reservation, you will need to leave the restaurant and return to the restaurant at your reserved time.

④If you make a reservation for this plan only, we will provide you with a seat where you can wait while we make your bouquet.

[From May 1st to May 11th]
This is a special Mother's Day plan that can be booked together with a meal.
You can choose the color of the bouquet from the following options.

If you wish, we can also include your letter with your order.

Customers who select options 1-3 will receive a call from Hibiya Kadan (052-219-5520) after 3 business days to arrange the bouquet.
Please note that if you select option 4, you will not receive a phone call to arrange a meeting.

※If you choose a plan that includes a bouquet, please let us know your preferred color when making your reservation.
Please note that if you would like flowers and a letter, please make a reservation at least 8 days in advance.
Hibiya Kadan (052-219-5520) will call you with details about the bouquet within 3 business days of your reservation.
*The final meeting with Hibiya Kadan is until May 11th (Sat).
