[Takeout] Chestnut Basque Cheesecake

The extremely popular Basque cheesecake is now available in a limited-time "Marron" flavor.
To complement the Basque cheesecake, we use Western chestnuts, which are more suitable for marron glacé, rather than Japanese chestnuts.
We use chestnuts from the Ardèche region of France, which is famous for its chestnuts.
Carefully made marron glacés are crushed and kneaded into the dough, with rum, which pairs well with chestnuts, added as a secret ingredient.
Enjoy the balance of the aroma and acidity typical of Basque cheese and the rich flavor of chestnuts.
