KAWABUN 's kaiseki cuisine is prepared by our head chef using an abundance of seasonal ingredients.
You can choose from plans ranging from ¥10,000 to ¥30,000 (all prices include Food, drinks, venue rental fee, tax, and service charge) depending on your budget.
The ¥10,000 and ¥12,800 plans will be available from April 1, 2026.
Please enjoy the taste of a restaurant with a history of over 400 years.

Appetizer: Bamboo shoots simmered in Tosa style, kinome miso, yuba (tofu skin), wasabi, lily bulb petals, Tosa soy sauce
Raw whitebait, firefly squid, broad beans, Ryoma bonito
Soup: Grilled sesame tofu, duck, Kujo leeks
Grilled dish: Grilled sablefish with Saikyo miso, pickled ginger sprouts, and Manganji peppers.
Steamed dish: Kinsou chicken, millet wheat gluten, snap peas, grated radish sauce, yuzu citrus.
Meal: Rice cooked with sakura shrimp, clear soup, pickles
