Appetizer: Bamboo shoots simmered in Tosa style, kinome leaves, miso, freshly made yuba (tofu skin), wasabi, and lily petal.
Tosa soy sauce, Ryoma bonito, broad beans, garnish
Soup: Grilled sesame tofu, duck, Kujo leeks
Sashimi (1 type)
Grilled dish: Grilled silver cod with Saikyo miso, pickled ginger, and Manganji peppers.
