Appetizers: Red and white pickled vegetables / Crab sushi with kinome leaves / Deep-fried tilefish with scales
Sesame tofu / Tiger prawn jelly in delicious dashi broth
Soup: Shrimp ball, Daikoku shimeji, carrots, New Zealand spinach, yuzu
Sashimi: 1 type of sashimi
Grilled dish: Sawara Saikyo-yaki, Shiitake mushrooms, sweet chili peppers, and sudachi oranges
