Sesame tofu/tiger prawns
Soup: Shrimp cake, Daikoku shimeji mushrooms, maple leaf-shaped carrots, New Zealand spinach, and yuzu.
Sashimi: 1 type of sashimi
Grilled dish: Tilefish “Matsukasa-Yaki” (grilled with crispy scales), shiitake mushrooms, sweet chili peppers
