At first glance, it looks like it's made of wood, but it's actually a sake vessel made using lacquerware techniques.

Cloisonné vase "Spring Sound Scene"
The image of a nightingale playing among plum blossoms is depicted with the soft light and colors of cloisonné enamel.
It embraces the sensitivity to perceive the unseen, and expresses the subtle signs of the coming season as if gently scooping them up.
